In 2022, Jiangsu Huaxing-east completed the engineering exploration of the 1st small-scale FGC system suitable for town and county in China: Ultra-low Emission FGC for Suyu Solid Waste Incineration Plant, which is a demonstration reference of university-enterprise cooperation in production, academy, and research.

The plant FGC applied the process of "heat exchanger gas-collection + quench reaction tower + SDS sodium bicarbonate desulfurization + ceramic filter + SCR denitrification + ID fan". It is an EPC project of Huaxing. The FGC system applied new technologies such as ceramic filter cartridge, low-temperature catalytic decomposition of dioxins, and sodium bicarbonate dry process, which are independently developed by Huaxing.

Jiangsu Huaxing-east studied advanced European technology and designed all equipment according to the maximum transportation limitations to ensure the overall delivery from factory to plant. The entire equipment has been fabricated at Huaxing's production and manufacturing base including insulation and painting to achieve optimal control of quality. Because of that, on-site erection and civil engineering costs are minimized to reduce the overall cost of the plant.

Compared with traditional on-site fabrication, Huaxing maximized the use of factory's plate & tube laser cutting machine, large-scale sand blasting, and VOC paint room; effectively ensured quality control on the production of insulation and corrugated sheet. The product grade are greatly improved compared to on-site assembly.

Following Jiangsu Huaxing-east's investment in steel and catalyst fabrication machinary on the "Anhui Zhongyi EP" platform, the Wuxi Phase II factory, which focuses on stainless steel, precision machining, and electronic control products, will also gradually reach production in September, 2023. Huaxing-east relocated its engineering and design dept. to Liyuan Development Zone in CBD Wuxi, gradually building a production structure with Liyuan Development Zone as the design center, Wuxi factory as precision processing, Xuancheng factory as catalyst & new materials, and Jiaozuo / Qingdao / Taizhou as steel structure fabrication. The rational distribution of production capacity provides the best choice and optimal cost control layout for the new round of county level FGC demands.

Jiangsu Huaxing-east has provided an effective solution for the engineering transformation from full-construction mode to on-site assembly mode. It is meaningful to save installation and civil engineering costs, control township investment, and provide an alternative path for industry development. The solution is increasingly favored by customers and has also driven a new wave of equipment investment in the industry.
